June 6, 2017, during the BELL INTERNATIONAL LEADERS series presented by the Chamber of Commerce of Metropolitan Montreal, President Barack Obama spoke to a sold-out audience of 7800 participants from Montréal’s business community. This unique and historic moment for the Chamber’s organizers was exceptional in another way, it was put together in only three weeks.
