The first direct flight from Montréal to Tokyo took place on June 1, 2018. For the occasion, Montréal’s mayor, Valérie Plante took part in her first international mission and traveled to Japan!
Organized by the Chamber of Commerce of Metropolitan Montreal, the mission’s objective was to create strong and lasting ties to increase international trade between Japan and Quebec.
This mission opened doors to huge opportunities for Quebec entrepreneurs. And what better way than social media and videos to spread the word to as many people as possible. Agence Webdiffusion’s team was mandated to follow the Quebec delegation to publicize this initiative and allow others to experience this business development as though they were in Japan!
