CCMM receives President Barack Obama
We had to work in a super secure location with a police presence and the Royal Canadian Mounted Police. Then we had to create a video within 12 hours of the end of the event.
We had a team of seniors to increase flexibility, speed and professionalism. We did the on-site pre-editing as well as shooting demonstrating the scale of the event.

We had to reach a pan-Canadian audience and broadcast an event live in 2 time zones. In addition, we had to validate the online presence of participants to meet community standards.
We have proposed a dedicated live webcasting site with an interactive computer graphics integration to validate the participants’ presence.
